We appreciate you accessing and registering for our SecureLink (hereinafter referred to as “this service”).
Before you complete the registration process or use our SecureLink Service in any way, you must carefully read and thoroughly understand these terms of service (hereinafter or referred to as the “terms of service”), as well as relevant agreements such as the Privacy Policy, and choose to accept or not to accept these terms of service after confirming your full understanding. Once you proceed after selecting “I have read and agree to these terms” or started to use the system in other ways, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms of service or any of these terms, you should not proceed to the next step or stop the registration process.
The Wangsu SecureLink service platform once again reminds you to read carefully and fully understand the contents of the terms, especially the corresponding provisions for limitation or exemption from liability, which will be brought to your attention in bold or other highlighted form.
If you are under the age of 18, please read these terms of service accompanied by your legal guardian.
1.1. The SecureLink terms of service is a valid contract between you and Wangsu Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Wangsu” or “we”) for downloading, installing and using the SecureLink service. “Wangsu” refers to Wangsu Science and Technology Co., Ltd. And its associated organizations that may provide relevant services.
1.2. SecureLink service user refers to any person or organization that downloads, registers, logs in, and uses SecureLink software and services and is authorized by management, which is referred to as “you” in this agreement.
SecureLink service refers to the action that Wangsu follows the Zero Trust security framework, integrates the three core capability modules of security access gateway, security control center and full-link transmission acceleration, and provides users with enterprise office network security access services based on identity authentication and dynamic authorization. (hereinafter referred to as “this Service”)
This service provides clients on Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android and Linux (depending on the version provided by Wangsu). You should choose the software version that matches your installed device. Wangsu will continuously provide updated versions of applications. If you have registered to use one version of the service, you can use other versions of the service using the same account. This agreement automatically applies to all versions of software and services that you use.
2.3.1. Wangsu provides you with a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use this service and its relevant software. All other rights not expressly authorized by this article and other provisions of this agreement shall be reserved by the Wangsu. The failure to exercise any of the above-mentioned rights does not constitute a waiver of that right.
2.3.2. Wangsu has developed different software versions for different devices. You should choose the appropriate version to download and install in accordance to your hardware configuration. After downloading the relevant packages, you should follow the appropriate instruction steps for proper operation. If you no longer need to use this service or software, or need to update this service or software, you may uninstall it yourself.
2.3.3. In order to further enhance the user experience and improve this service, Wangsu will provide certain software updates, which may take the form of software replacement, modification, feature enhancement, version upgrade, etc. You are advised to check and download the latest version at all times to ensure that you can continue to use this service.
3.1.1. You hereby confirm that when you use this service in practice, you should be a natural person, a legal person or another organization with full civil capacity and full civil competence.
3.1.2. If you are a minor or a person with limited capacity for civil conduct, you do not have the above-mentioned subject qualification, and you and your guardian shall bear all the consequences caused by your improper registration.
3.1.3. You also need to ensure that you are not the subject of trade restrictions, sanctions or other legal or rule restrictions imposed by any country, international organization or territory, otherwise you may not be able to use this service normally.
3.1.4. Normally, your platform account is the only identity for all your activities, and all operations and actions by your account are regarded as an expression of your true intentions. You shall bear full legal responsibility for all operations and actions of your account. Please take good care of your account information and login password.
3.1.5. When you use this service, you should first register a service management account and assign end-user accounts to your end users.
In order to verify the organization to which the end user belongs and ensure the security of the SecureLink account and obtain the user information necessary to provide this service, the end user should enter the enterprise identification information (some enterprises are also required to complete two-factor authentication) before they can use their SecureLink account.
3.2.1. A single SecureLink platform account must only correspond to a unique legal subject. You may not transfer, donate or allow others to inherit your account in any way
except as expressly provided by law, judicial ruling or with the consent of Wangsu. You can only authorize one person in charge of a SecureLink platform account. In principle, the authorized person in charge must first register with Wangsu, and we have the right to review the authorized person in charge nominated by you.
If the nominated person fails our review, you should nominate another person in charge in accordance with the requirements of Wangsu until the authorized person in charge has passed our review. If the authorized person in charge authorizes another person to log into the account, all the legal consequences of the operation of that person shall also be borne by you.
3.2.2. You should create and maintain your own account password. You must keep your account password confidential. You should make sure that you log off the related websites with the correct steps at the end of each online session.
3.3.3. If you find that others are using your account and password without authorization, you should immediately notify Wangsu of this situation; Wangsu will assist you in freezing your account, changing your password or making other security settings; you understand that it will take a reasonable amount of time for Wangsu to respond to your request, and Wangsu shall not be responsible for the consequences (including, but not limited to, any losses you may suffer) arising before our action is taken.
Your Wangsu SecureLink service platform account (all or part of the permissions or functions) may be frozen under the following circumstances:
4.1.1. Based on the needs of the security of the operation and transaction of Wangsu or this service, if you cause or may damage or attempt to destroy the fair-trading environment or normal trading order of Wangsu or its affiliated companies. Or any use of the name or brand of Wangsu or affiliated company suspected of misleading others, or any use of certain Chinese and English (full name or abbreviation), numbers, domain names, etc., intended to indicate or infer a certain association with Wangsu or its associated companies.
4.1.2. Violation of these terms of service, the relevant rules, practices (such as transaction rules, management practices), service descriptions and other service agreements/terms of Wangsu websites.
4.1.3. Violation of the provisions of national laws, regulations, policies or legal documents.
4.1.4. You have been reported by others, and the other party has provided relevant evidence, but you have not provided evidence to the contrary in accordance with our requirements.
4.1.5. Anomalies in your account operation, income, exchange, etc., determined by Wangsu according to reasonable analysis.
4.1.6. Where a freeze is required by an organ of the state.
4.1.7. Based on the reasonable judgment of Wangsu, any other circumstances of the same nature as the above listed behavior or giving rise to similar risks as above.
4.2.1. For serious situations described in Article 4.1 above, or at the request of the competent authorities of the state, your SecureLink platform account (all or part of the permissions or functions) may be terminated.
4.2.2. You understand and agree that if you have not logged in to your SecureLink platform account for 12 consecutive months and there are no outstanding services under your account, Wangsu has the right to terminate your account.
4.3.1 Account appeal refers to the way to prove that you are the owner of the account through your personal data and account usage information.
4.3.2 If there is a access risk in your account, or if the account is suspended due to other risks identified by the system, you can appeal for the account by contacting the enterprise administrator of your organization.
5.1.You have the right to enjoy this service provided by Wangsu. At the same time, you should fulfill the responsibilities of timely payment and service management in accordance with the terms and conditions of this service and the relevant terms and conditions confirmed by other written agreements you signed with Wangsu at the time of purchasing this service.
5.2.1. When you use the service, you will comply with national and local laws and regulations, industry practices and social public morality, and will not use the services provided by Wangsu to store, publish or disseminate the following information and content:
(i) Any content (information) that violates national laws, regulations and policies.
(ii) Political propaganda and/or news information in violation of state regulations.
(iii) Information relating to state secrets and/or security.
(iv) Superstition and/or obscene, pornographic, indecent information or information for aiding and abetting criminal actions.
(v) Betting prizes and gambling games; information that violates national, ethnic and religious policies.
(vi) Information that interferes with the safe operation of the Internet.
(vii) Information that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others and/or other information or content detrimental to social order, public order and public morality.
(viii) You hereby agree not to provide any convenience for others to publish the above-mentioned information content that does not comply with the provisions of the state and/or these terms of service, including but not limited to setting up URL, BANNER links, etc.
5.2.2. You shall not conduct any acts of sabotaging or attempting to undermine network security, including not using technology or other means to destroy or disrupt this website or the websites of other customers.
5.2.3. If you use the SecureLink service, you should comply with these terms of service.
If you violate the above agreement, Wangsu has the right to delete relevant information, suspend the service and terminate the service in accordance with the relevant terms of service, and has the right to freeze or terminate some or all of the functions of your account.
5.2.4. Wangsu hereby declares that the SecureLink services provided by Wangsu are limited to mainland China region (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).
You guarantee that in the process of using the SecureLink service, you and your users will not use the SecureLink client, software or services to carry out any network access in violation of the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Data Security Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Regulations on the Security and Protection of Computer Information Systems, and other relevant laws and regulations. If you or your users use SecureLink to perform any action in violation of relevant laws and regulations, Wangsu has the right to take measures to delete relevant information, suspend service or terminate service in accordance with the relevant terms of service, and has the right to freeze or terminate some or all of the functions of your account, and reserves the right to pursue legal liability. You and your users shall bear the losses caused by this in accordance with the law.
6.1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you acknowledge that the right of any information, software, data, etc. provided to you by Wangsu belongs to Wangsu, and you have no right to disseminate, transfer, license and provide others to use or share these resources, otherwise you shall bear the corresponding responsibilities.
6.2. You shall respect the intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights/interests of Wangsu and third parties, and guarantee that in the event of violations of the aforementioned rights and interests, you shall protect Wangsu and its employees, shareholders, partners, etc., from being affected or suffer any loss as a result of such incidents. Wangsu reserves the right to terminate the provision of services to you and not refund any payments if you infringe upon the legitimate rights/interests of Wangsu and/or other third parties.
Wangsu hereby declares to keep confidential the information submitted or known when you register your account or use the SecureLink service, and will not disclose your information to a third party unless:
7.1. It can be provided according to these terms of service or other service agreements, contracts, online terms, etc.
7.2. Information that should be provided in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations or the requirements of administrative, judicial and other authorities.
7.3. Without violating the obligations stipulated in these terms of service, the confidential information has been made public or can be obtained from the public domain.
8.1. You understand and agree that you shall be liable for any third-party claims arising from your use of this service, violation of these terms of service or any action taken under your account. If, as a result, Wangsu and its associated companies, employees, customers and partners are issued claims by a third party, you shall be responsible for handling and indemnifying Wangsu and its affiliated companies for all losses and liabilities suffered thereof.
8.2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wangsu shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special or derivative losses related to or caused by these terms of service.
8.3. You are hereby reminded that when using SecureLink, you should abide by the laws of the people’s Republic of China, you must not endanger network security, and may not use the services of Wangsu to engage in activities that infringe upon the reputation, privacy, intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights and interests of others. Wangsu will not be held responsible for any actions that are illegal or in breach of contract when you use the SecureLink service.
If the SecureLink service platform fails to operate normally due to the following force majeure or unexpected events, Wangsu shall not be held liable for damages:
9.1. Due to factors beyond human control such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, government actions, judicial administrative orders, epidemics, etc.
9.2. Due to power supply failure, communication network failure and other public service factors.
9.3. Temporary system maintenance by Wangsu with announcement or notice in advance.
The validity, interpretation, modification, enforcement and dispute settlement of these terms of service shall be subject to the laws of the people’s Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms of service shall be submitted to Shanghai Jiading District People’s Court for settlement.
11.1. You understand and agree that Wangsu may send notifications to you through one or more of the listed notification methods, such as web announcements, e-mails, internal messages, text messages, phone calls, system messages and instant messages. and Wangsu thrusts that the contact information you provide is complete, accurate and currently valid; the aforementioned notice is deemed to have been delivered after it has been successfully sent. During the service, you should log in to the SecureLink service console regularly to view and conduct transaction operations.
11.2.Unless otherwise stipulated in these terms of service or in a separate agreement signed between Wangsu and you, the notices you send to Wangsu shall be delivered through the contact information such as the correspondence address, fax number and e-mail address officially announced by Wangsu.
12.1. Wangsu has the right to make changes to these terms of service and the corresponding rules of service, and to announce or notify through web announcements, e-mails, internal messages, text messages, etc. If you continue to use this service after the content of these terms of service has been changed, it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted the revised content, and will follow the revised terms and conditions.
12.2. If your account is terminated or the website service is terminated by mutual agreement, these terms of service will be terminated.
13.1. These terms of service shall consist of the content of the terms of service, the rules and specifications shown on the relevant pages of the website, the description of service (including operation documents) and other terms/conditions that you click to confirm, which are all bound by these terms and conditions, and the related terms can be mutually quoted and explained.
13.2. The section title of these terms of service is for convenience only and has no legal or contractual effect.
13.3. Any of these terms of service shall be deemed to be annulled, invalid or unenforceable and shall be deemed divisible and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of these terms of service and other terms.
13.4. Unless otherwise agreed, for the sake of service professionalism, Wangsu may also entrust affiliated companies or other legal subjects to provide you with one or more specific services on Wangsu websites, and you may enter into relevant terms or conditions with these companies. Please read and fully understand the terms and conditions carefully and choose to accept or not accept the terms and conditions.
13.5. The confidentiality clause, intellectual property clause, legal application and jurisdiction clause and other provisions which are supposed to naturally persist (such as the guarantee of the authenticity of registered information, etc.) under these terms of service shall not be invalidated by the termination of this clause.
13.6. You understand and agree that if the terms of any agreement on the SecureLink service platform are inconsistent with the contents of the paper agreement signed offline by both parties, both parties agree that the paper agreement signed by both parties offline shall prevail.
